London, Ontario is the home base of Sykes Assistance Services. The company was established here over 50 years ago. Our modern, 5-storey facility is located in the heart of the Forest City, easily accessible by most major bus routes and surrounded by one of London’s premier shopping and dining districts.

Moncton, New Brunswick is our other major Canadian location. The recently expanded Moncton offices contain healthcare and roadside assistance programs. The downtown Moncton office is easily accessible by bus routes, and only 15 minutes away from the university.

Mississauga, Ontario. We have a satellite location on-site with one of our clients in Mississauga managing their parts call centre.
