December 2008 - Clinidata Division Name Change

Since the beginning of 2008, Sykes has amalgamated all of our healthcare sector business together under one division of Sykes Assistance Services Corporation.  To simplify our message, effective immediately, we will be communicating with our clients, partners and the healthcare market place using the Sykes Assistance Services name.  The former Clinidata division will now be known as the SYKES Healthcare division and our mission remains “HELPING PEOPLE MAKE HEALTH DECISIONS”.

We will have various services under this banner, providing a range of solutions for both the public and private sector, including Telephone Triage, Smoking Cessation, Ability Case Management, Attendance Management, Health Surveillance, Health Information, Remote Monitoring and Chronic Disease Management.

All correspondence and future business will use the official corporate name of Sykes Assistance Services Corporation.  This will not have any impact on our existing contracts since our legal name has not changed.    

Over the next few months, the Clinidata name will be removed on all our documentation, banners, website and communications and replaced with the Sykes name.

We feel this change will strengthen both the brand and the global presence of SYKES healthcare products.
