Sykes Assistance Services Corporation has been helping people for over twenty years.  Whether it was when they were stranded at the side of the road, caring for a new born or dealing with a disability that kept them away from work Sykes has been there to provide a solution designed to support them in their time of need. 

Based on this experience we are pleased to introduce the CareCoach® brand of people centric healthcare solutions.  CareCoach® is more than a new name for our existing symptom management, health information, tobacco cessation and organizational health services.  CareCoach® represents a new philosophy built around the principle that we must maximize the resources available to the individual so that they can play their proper role as the owner / operator of their health. 

CareCoach® is a comprehensive suite of services designed to offer clients a diverse and quality driven solution to help tackle the escalating costs of healthcare be it in the public or private sector.  An aging population with an ever increasing incidence of chronic illness will place extraordinary demands on our healthcare system and make it very difficult for employers to recruit and retain healthy, motivated and productive employees.
